To sync the device, press and hold the sync button, located on the side of the camera to restore the connection with the base station. After that, go through the in-app instructions on your mobile.

5. Place the Router Close to the Camera

Another method is to place the router close to the camera. When the camera isn’t connected to the WiFi, then it will automatically get connected to the cellular network.

Therefore, you need to connect your camera to your WiFi and also check if the camera is in the range of the router. If the camera is placed too far from the router, then the connection will break.

So, move the router near the camera to establish a proper connection. At last, connect the camera to the router again.

6. Reset the Arlo camera
